Very nice service the salesman and the staff were very knowledgeable. Took their time to explain thoroughly and made sure i was making the right decision. And even with not the best credit they made the sale happen. I would definitely recommend Omari to friends and family.

I had an amazing experience Omari. The minute I walked in, I was greeted and was asked if I was looking for someone particular. I was properly directed to the lady i spoke to on the phone. Rayne was awesome, she listened to everything my dad and I were looking for. She was very happy to help us with making us get the best deal possible and she knew every little feature of every car. I had a few hiccups with these folks, but all ended very well. I went looking for a "last car she'll need" car for my 85 year old mom and spotted a 2007 Subaru Outback at Omari Motors. It was a little older than I was shopping for but the interior was in great shape, and it was an automatic which she needs. I only had a day and a half before leaving town so I had to make a decision and get the thing wrapped up. Omari were a little handicapped in their routine by the fact that they had just lost their in-house mechanic, so they sent it across the street to Precision Transmission, which I found to be a very stand-up shop also. I ordered a compression check, which tued out very well, battery check, tire check, suspension checks, and so on, which they sent to me via email on demand. All came out well. One thing we (mom and I) didn't check ourselves was the air conditioning, and shortly after I had to leave town, mom discovered that the air wasn't working well enough for her constitution in the summer heat, so she pointed this out and Omari followed through and installed a brand new AC compressor through their sister shop Automax over in Mishawaka, at NO CHARGE! I consider this exemplary. Jaison there also noticed that the door struts/shocks on the hatchback door were wo and he fixed these no charge also, something else we didn't check. All in all, for a small shop like this, they followed through on everything like pros, and I would have no reservations about recommending them, with the following advice to all used car buyers at lots of this size: There is no way small lots like this can do the sort of 100-point check that somebody like Carmax does, but you can still get solid cars at these places, and a buyer must do their own due diligence (checklist covering everything they could run into). I couldn't do this as we were too rushed, and my mom ended up getting a couple not-crisis type surprises, but not that surprising for me, as it wasn't on our mechanical checkout list. It was an older car and that's what you have to look out for. It ended up being the perfect tough little vehicle for her final driving days, which is all we needed. Thanks Omari Motors.
